Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner shifts.
• Keep the kitchen clean and organised during busy periods.
• Receive deliveries and manage stock.
• Work closely with the hotel team to ensure smooth service.
• Ensure meals look presentable before leaving the kitchen.
