Job summary

Premier Inn Maidstone (Town Centre) is hiring a Kitchen Team Member for 24 hours per week at up to £13.06 per hour. You will help prepare, cook and serve meals, assist with deliveries and stock, and work closely with the hotel team to ensure smooth service.

This role offers guaranteed hours under a permanent contract and great opportunities to learn and grow within Premier Inn. You’ll join a supportive team, get training from day one, and benefit from staff discounts and pension schemes.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or kitchen roles preferred.
• Reliable and punctual with a can-do attitude.
• Able to work as part of a team during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service.
• Help keep the kitchen clean and ready for the next rush.
• Receive deliveries and keep stock organised.
• Work closely with the hotel team to ensure smooth service.
• Ensure meals leave the kitchen looking presentable.
