Job summary

Premier Inn Bath is hiring a Kitchen Team Member for 25 contracted hours per week, with a pay rate of up to £13.06 per hour. You’ll help prepare, cook and serve meals that are part of guests’ stays, ensuring they have a great dining experience.

You’ll work breakfast and dinner shifts, learn to manage deliveries, keep the kitchen clean and support the hotel team to deliver smooth service. Prior kitchen experience isn’t required; reliability and a readiness to learn matter most.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right
