Job summary

Premier Inn Manchester Central is hiring a Kitchen Team Member. The role involves preparing, cooking and serving meals for guests, with 25 contracted hours per week and pay up to £13.06 per hour.

Qualifications

• Reliable and a good team player.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and busy periods.
• This could be your first kitchen role or you may have prior hospitality experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush.
• Receive deliveries and maintain stock where it should be.
• Work closely with the hotel team to ensure smooth service.
• Ensure each meal leaves the kitchen looking right.
