Job summary

Premier Inn is looking for a Kitchen Team Member to help prepare, cook and serve meals guests will enjoy during their stay. You’ll work with the hotel team to keep service smooth and make sure each plate meets the Premier Inn standard. This fixed term role covers 26 contracted hours per week, with evenings and weekends.

Location is Whitecart Road, Glasgow Airport, Paisley. Pay is up to £13.06 per hour. You don’t need prior hotel experience—the team will train you.

• Prepare ingredients before service starts
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner
• Keep the kitchen clean and ready for the next rush
• Receive deliveries and manage stock
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly
• Ensure meals leave the kitchen looking right
• This isn't a role where you’ll spend your shift hidden in the back washing up.
