Job summary

Premier Inn in Eastbourne (Polegate) is looking for a Kitchen Team Member to help prepare, cook and serve meals for our guests, contributing to a great stay. You’ll work as part of a friendly kitchen team, with shifts including evenings and weekends.

This is a permanent contract with guaranteed hours and 15 contracted hours per week, paying up to £13.06 per hour. No previous hotel experience is required—training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right
