Job summary

Premier Inn is hiring a Kitchen Team Member in Brighton City Centre. You will help prepare, cook and serve meals that contribute to guests’ stays, including breakfast and dinner duties. The role includes working as part of a busy kitchen team, with shifts including evenings and weekends.

No hotel experience is required; training is provided. Fixed-term contract with guaranteed hours, 12 hours per week, and opportunities to develop within Premier Inn are offered. Pay up to £13.06 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush.
• Receive deliveries and manage stock appropriately.
• Work closely with the hotel team to ensure smooth service.
• Ensure meals look presentable before serving.
