Job summary

Premier Inn in Ulverston is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to help cook and serve meals that enhance guests’ stays. You’ll prepare ingredients, cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner, and keep the kitchen orderly for the next rush.

Shifts include evenings, weekends and busy guest periods, with a permanent contract and guaranteed hours. This is a great entry point for those new to hospitality who are reliable and team-oriented.

Qualifications

• You don’t need hotel experience.
• Some of our best Kitchen Team Members joined us from supermarkets, cafés, pubs, restaurants, warehouses and customer service jobs.
• If you’re willing to learn, we’ll teach you the rest.
• This could be your first kitchen job or you may have worked in hospitality before.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service.
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush.
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be.
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly.
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right.
