Job summary

Premier Inn in Barry Island is hiring a Kitchen Team Member to help prepare, cook and serve meals that guests rely on during their stay. The role covers breakfast and dinner service with a 30-hour week and a permanent contract.

You’ll work evenings and weekends, receive training from day one, and be part of a team that keeps the kitchen clean, well-stocked and busy. No hotel experience is required; willingness to learn and teamwork are valued.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service
• Keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush
• Receive deliveries and manage stock
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly
• Ensure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right
