Job summary

Premier Inn is hiring a Kitchen Team Member for Slough West (Slough Trading Estate). You will help prepare, cook and serve meals that guests enjoy during their stay, including breakfast and busy dinner periods. You’ll work in a busy kitchen, collaborate with the hotel team and learn food safety and kitchen skills along the way.

This fixed-term role offers 30 hours per week at up to £13.06 per hour, with evenings and weekends included. Location is 40 Liverpool Road, Slough.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required; willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a busy kitchen environment.
• Team player with reliability and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service.
• Help keep the kitchen clean and organised for the next rush.
• Receive deliveries and manage stock.
• Work closely with hotel team to ensure smooth service.
• Ensure meals leave the kitchen looking presentable.
