Premier Inn Birmingham Central (Hagley Road) is hiring a Kitchen Team Member for 25 hours per week at up to £13.06 per hour, based at 176 Hagley Road, Edgbaston, Birmingham, West Midlands.

You’ll prepare ingredients, cook and plate breakfast and dinner, receive deliveries, keep stock, and work closely with the hotel team to ensure smooth service. This permanent role includes guaranteed hours, training and support, and discounts on Premier Inn stays; a pension and savings scheme are also offered.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right
