Job summary

Premier Inn in Balsall Common (Kenilworth Road, Berkswell) is hiring a Kitchen Team Member on a permanent, on-site basis. 24 contracted hours per week, pay up to £13.06 per hour, includes evenings and weekends. You’ll help prepare ingredients, cook and plate meals, keep the kitchen clean, receive deliveries and support the hotel team to ensure smooth service.

Previous hotel experience isn’t required. We’ll teach you the rest and you’ll join a team that delivers meals guests rely on.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required; willingness to learn and be part of a team.
• Reliable, with ability to work evenings, weekends and during busy periods.
• Enjoy fast-paced kitchen environments and helping others.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service.
• Keep the kitchen clean and organised for the next rush.
• Receive deliveries and manage stock.
• Work with the hotel team to ensure smooth service.
• Ensure meals leave the kitchen looking right.
