Job summary

Stonegate Group, the UK’s largest operator of pubs and bars, invites applications for a Kitchen Team Member at Slug & Lettuce in Manchester. You will assist in food prep, maintain hygiene standards, and help manage stock and deliveries while supporting the kitchen team to deliver consistent quality.

Qualifications

• Passion for hospitality demonstrated in daily tasks.
• Willingness to learn new skills every day.
• Keen eye for detail in fast-paced kitchen.
• Ability to assist Head Chef with orders, stock taking, and food hygiene at Slug And Lettuce.
• Experience maintaining kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with food preparation.
• Produce high-quality dishes consistently to specification for guests.
• Ensure the kitchen is kept clean and hygienic at all times.
• Overseeing deliveries.
• Offer suggestions and creative ideas to improve kitchen performance.
