Job summary

Stonegate Group is looking for a Kitchen Team Member at Beckfields to support daily kitchen operations, helping with food prep, plating, hygiene, and stock management in a fast-paced pub environment.

You will work closely with the Head Chef, maintain cleanliness, assist with orders, and contribute ideas to improve kitchen performance, while ensuring guest satisfaction and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Passion for hospitality and customer service.
• Willingness to learn new skills daily.
• Keen eye for detail and quality standards.
• Ability to assist Head Chef with orders, stock taking and hygiene at Beckfields.
• Experience maintaining kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with food preparation.
• Produce high-quality dishes consistently to specification for our guests.
• Ensure the kitchen is in an excellent, clean and hygienic condition at all times.
• Overseeing deliveries.
• Offer suggestions and creative ideas that can improve the kitchen’s performance.
• Work with the team to achieve company targets.
