Job summary

Stonegate Group is seeking a Kitchen Team Member at Directors Box Canary Wharf to support the Head Chef, assist with food prep, and help maintain high hygiene and quality standards in a fast-paced environment. You will work as part of a close-knit team, with opportunities to develop culinary skills, enjoy staff discounts, and be part of a vibrant hospitality network in London.

Qualifications

• Ability to assist Head Chef with orders, stock taking and food hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation and cooking to specification.
• Produce high-quality dishes consistently.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygienic conditions at all times.
• Oversee deliveries and stock where required.
• Suggest ideas to improve kitchen performance and work with the team to hit targets.

Some of the things you will be doing as a Kitchen Team Member

• Assisting with food preparation.
• Produce high-quality dishes consistently to specification for our guests.
• Ensure the kitchen is in an excellent, clean and hygienic condition at all times.
• Overseeing deliveries.
• Offer suggestions and creative ideas that can improve the kitchen’s performance.
• Work with the team to achieve company targets.
