Job summary

Stonegate Group's Old Bell in London is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to support daily kitchen operations, assist with food prep, and help deliver great guest experiences.

You will work with the Head Chef on orders, stock, and hygiene, contribute ideas to improve performance, and help maintain a clean, well-organised kitchen.

This role offers a welcoming team, flexible working, and access to staff benefits across the Stonegate estate.

Qualifications

• A passion for Hospitality.
• Willingness to learn new skills everyday.
• A keen eye for detail.
• Ability to assist the Head Chef with orders, stock taking, food hygiene at Old Bell.
• Experience maintaining kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with food preparation.
• Produce high-quality dishes consistently to specification for our guests.
• Ensure the kitchen is in an excellent, clean and hygienic condition at all times.
• Overseeing deliveries.
• Offer suggestions and creative ideas that can improve the kitchen’s performance.
• Work with the team to achieve company targets.
