Job summary

Haven Holidays is seeking a Kitchen Team Manager to lead an energetic team in delivering memorable dining experiences for our guests in Berwick-upon-Tweed. You’ll be hands-on, coaching, cooking, and inspiring your team to hit targets while maintaining high standards.

You’ll manage daily operations, budgets, and guest satisfaction, ensuring safety and compliance is at the forefront. The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Proven kitchen leadership experience (Kitchen Manager, Head Chef, or experienced Sous Chef).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing budgets and resources.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment without losing sight of detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
