Malt Shovel is seeking a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of and to lead and train the kitchen team. The role emphasizes delivering great food, achieving targets, and ensuring branded menu standards.

• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
