Greene King is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to drive high standards in a busy pub kitchen, ensuring every dish meets specs and customers' expectations. You will lead by example, supervise the team, and deputise for management during busy services.

You will maintain hygiene, manage allergen controls, and stay calm under pressure while delivering tasty, well-presented meals with a focus on teamwork and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Prepare, cook, and present food that meets specs and customer expectations.
• Maintain hygiene levels and safety regulations in the kitchen.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve issues in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy service.
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen and pull together as a team.
• A passion for delivering tasty and well-presented meals to customers.
• Be a role model to the team by maintaining high standards and the perfect plate.
• Think on your feet and adapt to challenges during a busy service.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role and understand allergen controls.
