Job summary

Stonegate Group, operating the Bucks Head in Camden, is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to guide and develop the kitchen brigade. You will work closely with the Kitchen Manager to maintain high standards of quality, hygiene and efficiency in a dynamic pub kitchen environment.

You will supervise, mentor and train the team, manage stock and ordering, and ensure the kitchen runs smoothly during shifts. This role offers opportunities to contribute creatively and drive performance.

Qualifications

• Ability to coach and mentor your team.
• High standard of food knowledge and skill.
• Up-to-date COSHH, Food Safety, H&S knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation and kitchen management.
• Produce high-quality dishes to specification.
• Oversee kitchen team in absence of Kitchen Manager.
• Assist with stock management and supplies.
