Job summary

Stonegate Group owns Bucks Head in Camden and seeks a Kitchen Team Leader to drive high-quality dish production and frontline leadership in the kitchen. You will coach the team, oversee operations, and help manage stock while maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards.

The role invites development of your skills within a vibrant, social pub environment with a focus on guest experience and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team or coordinating kitchen operations.
• Strong knowledge of COSHH, food safety regulations, and health & safety requirements.
• Willingness to develop personally and help the brigade move forward at Bucks Head.

Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation and collaborate with the Kitchen Manager.
• Produce high-quality dishes consistently to specification for guests.
• Oversee and supervise the kitchen team in the absence of the Kitchen Manager.
• Assist with stock management, ordering and supplies management.
• Ensure the kitchen is clean and hygienic at all times.
• Offer creative ideas to improve kitchen performance.
• Lead the team to achieve company targets.

As a Kitchen Team Leader, do you have…

• The ability to assist in supporting, coaching, and mentoring your team
• A high standard of food knowledge and skill
• An up-to-date COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal knowledge
• A willingness to develop on a personal level whilst also helping propel the brigade forward at Bucks Head

Some of the things you will be doing as a Kitchen Team Leader

• Assist in food preparation and collaborate with the Kitchen Manager
