Premier Inn Farnham is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to manage the kitchen day to day, oversee rotas, place food orders, and lead the team through busy services. You will work closely with the Hotel Manager to own food quality and hygiene, driving a hands-on leadership style that builds skills toward Head Chef.

This role offers an hourly rate up to £14.81, 30 hours per week, and a clear path to develop your kitchen management career within the UK’s leading hospitality business, Whitbread.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen management and leading a team.
• Ability to manage rotas, orders and food costs.
• Strong emphasis on hygiene and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Own food ordering, stock control and keeping food costs on track for the entire hotel.
• Take the lead during service - organising the team, managing workflow, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Prepare, cook, and serve our menu to spec - from Premier Inn breakfasts to pub classics.
• Make sure the kitchen always meets health, safety and hygiene standards - keep the team trained and records up to date.
• Step up when needed - running shifts and helping new team members settle in.
• Learn the ins and outs of kitchen management to grow into more senior roles.
