The Tide Mill is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of, training great people, and delivering a branded menu. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people.

• Leadership and training of kitchen staff.
• Ability to manage food ordering and stock control.
• Experience delivering meals to brand standards and menus.
• Ensuring compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
