Job summary

Bells Of St Mary’s is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of and to lead a team in delivering great food. You will train chefs, drive performance, and manage food prep, stock control and hygiene to ensure consistent quality.

You will work within a branded menu framework, help hit targets, and contribute to a supportive, growth-oriented kitchen culture with opportunities for progression and training benefits.

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.

Job description

As Kitchen Team Leader atthe Bells Of St Mary's, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people.
