Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader at the Towers Inn to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will lead a branded menu, train cooks, and drive performance while ensuring high standards across food preparation and service.

You’ll manage ordering, stock control, and hygiene compliance, with opportunities for progression in a well-loved pub group that values development, discounts, and staff benefits.

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
