Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader for our Punch Bowl at Nicholson’s pubs in York. You will support the Head Chef to build a kitchen you can be proud of, master the branded menu, and train a team to deliver great food with hospitality at heart.

• Experience in leading a kitchen team in a busy pub environment.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards.
• Ability to manage food ordering and stock control.

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
