Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader at the Firecrest in the Vintage Inns brand. You will support the Head Chef, manage a kitchen team, and take pride in delivering great food and training people.

The role focuses on leading a branded menu, ordering, stock control and maintaining health and hygiene standards while driving team performance. You’ll be part of a rural pub collection known for cosy atmospheres and high standards, with opportunities to grow and progress within the

• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.

Job description

As Kitchen Team Leader at the Firecrest, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people. Does this sound like you?
