Job summary

Greene King in Swindon is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to guide a busy kitchen, ensuring meals meet high standards and service runs smoothly. You will lead by example, support the team, and deputise for management during peak times.

You’ll focus on hygiene, teamwork and consistent presentation, maintaining safety standards while coaching staff to deliver tasty, well-presented dishes.

Qualifications

• Prepare, cook, and present food to specs and customer expectations.
• Maintain hygiene levels and safety regulations to guarantee team and visitor safety.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve issues in their absence.
