Job summary

Greene King is hiring a Kitchen Team Leader to guide a busy kitchen, ensuring dishes meet high standards and service runs smoothly. The role focuses on leading a team, upholding food hygiene, and supporting management during peak times.

You will help maintain exceptional quality, train and motivate staff, and contribute to delivering great experiences for guests across Greene King brands.

As a Kitchen Team Leader, you’ll lead by example making sure the team have everything they need so service runs like clockwork! You’ll support your team by encouraging and helping them to work well together, ensuring every dish served is of the highest standards.
