Greene King in Bonnyrigg, Scotland is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to lead by example in a busy farm house inn kitchen. You’ll support your team to ensure every dish meets high standards and service runs smoothly.

You’ll deputise for management, coordinate during busy services, and nurture a collaborative, safe kitchen culture. The role rewards initiative, teamwork and a commitment to quality meals.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead a team in a busy kitchen and maintain high standards.
• Experience in food preparation and presentation to meet specs.

• Depuitse for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
