Job summary

Greene King’s Farmhouse Inns is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to oversee busy kitchen operations, support the team, and ensure every dish meets our high standards.

You’ll deputise for management, organise the team during service, and foster a welcoming, safe kitchen environment.

As a Kitchen Team Leader, you’ll lead by example making sure the team have everything they need so service runs like clockwork! You’ll support your team by encouraging and helping them to work well together, ensuring every dish served is of the highest standards.
