Greene King, home to Farmhouse Inns, is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to guide the team and ensure every dish meets our high standards during busy services.

You’ll empower colleagues, deputise for management, maintain hygiene, and help coordinate a fast-paced kitchen to deliver quality meals consistently.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams in a busy restaurant environment.
• Ability to uphold high food quality and presentation standards.
• Strong communication and role-model leadership to motivate staff.

As a Kitchen Team Leader, you’ll lead by example making sure the team have everything they need so service runs like clockwork! You’ll support your team by encouraging and helping them to work well together, ensuring every dish served is of the highest standards.
