Mitchells & Butlers plc is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader at Beech Hurst - Harvester to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of and to lead a brand-driven team delivering great food.

You will train Chefs, manage stock, and ensure health & safety standards are met while upholding our brand menu and guest experience.

• Experience in kitchen environment and team leadership.
• Ability to train and motivate chefs.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver high-standard food.
• Help manage food orders, prep and stock control.
• Ensure compliance with branded menu and hygiene rules.
