Mitchells & Butler PLC in St Albans is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef and lead a motivated kitchen team in delivering great food.

You'll train Chefs, manage stock, and ensure health and hygiene compliance while working with a branded menu. We offer flexible shifts, generous discounts across brands, Wagestream access, progression opportunities and a pension.

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.

As Kitchen Team Leader at the Ancient Briton - Harvester, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud
