Mitchells & Butlers PLC in Worcester is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of, and to master the menu while training great people.

Qualifications
- Prior experience leading a kitchen team in a busy hospitality setting.
- Food hygiene knowledge and training as required by law.
- Ability to manage orders, stock, and costs while delivering quality food.

- Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver high-quality food.
- Aim to smash targets with your team.
- Assist with food ordering, prep and stock control.
- Ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
