Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers welcomes applicants for a Kitchen Team Leader at the Spyglass - Harvester location. You will assist the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of, leading a team to deliver great food and service.

You will train chefs, manage stock, and ensure adherence to branded menus and hygiene regulations, while driving team performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership of kitchen teams.
• Experience managing kitchen operations and staff.
• Knowledge of food ordering and stock control processes.
• Commitment to high hygiene and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
