Mitchells & Butlers PLC in Dunfermline is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef, lead a brigade of Chefs, and manage a branded menu while ensuring high standards of food quality and hygiene. The role is full-time and based at Harvester - Halbeath Park.

You will drive team performance, assist with stock control and ordering, and contribute to a feel-good dining experience for guests across our family-friendly brand portfolio.
