1. The ability to support, coach, and mentor your team
2. A high standard of food knowledge and skills
3. An up-to-date understanding of COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, and legal requirements
4. A willingness to develop personally while helping to propel the brigade forward at Vineyard

Some of your responsibilities will include:

1. Assisting in food preparation and collaborating with the Kitchen Manager
2. Producing high-quality dishes consistently according to specifications for our guests
3. Supervising the kitchen team in the absence of the Kitchen Manager
4. Managing stock, ordering supplies, and overseeing inventory
5. Maintaining a clean, hygienic, and excellent kitchen environment
6. Offering suggestions and creative ideas to improve kitchen performance
7. Leading the team to achieve company targets
