Kitchen Team Leader

Location: The Argyle

Are you an experienced Kitchen Team Member ready to take the next step as a Kitchen Team Leader? You will play a pivotal role in our business success and have the opportunity to develop your skills to advance your career.

As a Kitchen Team Leader, you should have:

1. The ability to support, coach, and mentor your team

2. A high standard of food knowledge and skills

3. An up-to-date understanding of COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, and legal requirements

4. A willingness to develop personally and help propel the team forward at The Argyle

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Assisting in food preparation and collaborating with the Kitchen Manager

2. Producing high-quality dishes consistently to specification

3. Overseeing and supervising the kitchen team in the absence of the Kitchen Manager

4. Assisting with stock management, ordering, and supplies management

5. Maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment at all times

6. Offering suggestions and creative ideas to improve kitchen performance

7. Leading the team to achieve company targets
