Job summary

Orleans Smokehouse, part of Mitchells & Butlers, is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to lead a team of Chefs and Kitchen staff, delivering high-quality food and inspiring your team to perform at their best.

You will train your chefs, manage food ordering and stock, and ensure adherence to health and hygiene regulations, while driving targets and promoting a positive guest experience across the brand.
