Job summary

Mitchells & Butler PLC in the Longbridge Mill at Vintage Inns is looking for a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of and to master our branded menu.

You will train and inspire your chefs, drive targets with your team, help with food ordering, prep and stock control, and ensure health and hygiene standards across the kitchen.

Qualifications

• Experience training kitchen staff and leading a team to deliver high-quality food.
• Proven ability to manage stock control, ordering and cost points.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations in a busy kitchen.
• Familiarity with operating a branded menu and consistent dish standards.
• Commitment to training and developing junior chefs and improving team performance.

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
