Job summary

Vintage Inns is seeking a Sous Chef at the Longbridge Mill to lead a kitchen section, train staff, and step up in the Head Chef's absence. You will manage food ordering, preparation, and stock control while ensuring high standards under a branded menu. The role includes flexible shifts and opportunities for progression within a supportive pub group.

You will drive team targets, uphold hygiene regulations, and contribute to a warm, guest-focused dining experience across our rural pub brands.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading a kitchen team within a branded menu environment.
• Strong focus on food quality and consistency across dishes.
• Ability to manage food ordering, prep and stock control.
