Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers plc in the United Kingdom is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of at Astley Arms Inn. You’ll train your chefs, drive the team to hit targets, and oversee food ordering and stock control.

You’ll work with a branded menu, ensure health and hygiene standards, and help the team deliver great meals. This role offers a pension, 28 days paid holiday, staff discounts across our brands, and opportunities for progression through

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.

• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.

As Kitchen Team Leader atthe Astley Arms Inn, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people. Does this sound like you?
