Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited, home of Toby Carvery, is looking for a Kitchen Team Leader in Rotherham to support the Head Chef and build a kitchen to be proud of, guiding a team to deliver great food with passion. You will train chefs, drive performance, manage food ordering and stock, and ensure adherence to branded menus and health & hygiene standards.

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.

As Kitchen Team Leader atToby Carvery - Rotherham, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people. Does this sound like you?
