Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC, through Toby Carvery Morley, is recruiting a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef, lead a kitchen, and mentor our team to deliver consistently high-quality dishes. You will drive performance, ensure menu accuracy, and maintain strong health and safety practices.

You will join a welcoming, product‑driven kitchen family with opportunities for progression and staff development across our brand portfolio.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a kitchen environment.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to train and develop kitchen staff.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
