Job summary

Toby Carvery - Morecambe, part of Mitchells & Butlers PLC, is looking for a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef and build a kitchen to be proud of.

You will train and inspire Chefs, smash targets with your team, and manage food ordering, prep, and stock control while working with a branded menu and maintaining high hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for great food and training people.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations.
