Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader for our Toby Carvery site in Maidenhead. You will support the Head Chef, lead a kitchen team, and champion great food and service. You’ll train staff, manage day-to-day kitchen operations, and uphold brand standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams and delivering consistent food quality.
• Ability to train and motivate chefs and kitchen staff.
• Experience with food ordering, preparation and stock control.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations.

As Kitchen Team Leader atToby Carvery - Stafferton Lodge, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people. Does this sound like you?
