Job summary

Mitchells & Butler's Harvester is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You’ll train and develop Chefs, manage stock and food preparation, and ensure compliance with health and hygiene standards while working with a branded menu.

• Drive the team to smash targets with clear leadership.
• Support with food ordering, preparation and stock control.
