Job summary

Harvester - Oakmere is seeking a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader in Potters Bar to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of and to master the branded menu while training great people.

You will join a family-friendly brand known for rotisserie chicken and unlimited salad bar, with flexible shifts and a strong focus on staff development and progression. Compensation is competitive for a part-time kitchen role.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team.
• Passion for serving great food.
• Ability to train staff and mentor juniors.
• Comfort with following a branded menu and standards.

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
