Job summary

All Bar One Portsmouth is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef, manage and train the kitchen team, and help deliver great food in a high-energy environment. You will oversee menu execution, stock control and hygiene standards while fostering a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team.
• Knowledge of food safety and HACCP basics.
• Ability to train and develop chefs and kitchen staff.
• Stock control and cost awareness.

• Smash targets with your team and drive performance.
• Assist with food ordering, prep and stock control.
• Work with a branded menu and ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
